Step 1: Complete the Booking Form Start off by filling out this form as comprehensively as possible. The more details we have about your event, the better we can align our performance to your vision.
Step 2: Await our Response Once you've submitted your form, we'll review your request. We'll then send you a prompt confirmation of our availability along with a personalized quote that reflects your specific requests.
Step 3: Further Discussion (If Necessary) Should there be any aspects you'd like to discuss further or any questions you have, we're more than happy to arrange a phone call. Our goal is to ensure we're on the same page for your event.
Step 4: Secure your Booking When you're ready to move forward, a deposit will be required to secure the date. We provide multiple payment options including Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, and Zelle, for your convenience.
Step 5: Final Payment The balance of your booking is due at least a week before your event. This will finalize your booking and allows us to fully prepare for your event.
Step 6: Prepare for an Unforgettable Experience With the formalities out of the way, all that's left is to anticipate a truly memorable event filled with the vibrant, iconic sounds of New Orleans.
